Key Responsibilities:

As a Policy Administrator, you will be the crucial link between all parties involved. Your core duties will include:

Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients, healthcare/insurance providers, underwriters, and internal teams.
Policy & Records Administration: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date electronic records for all insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Claims Processing: Ensure the accurate, timely submission, tracking, and follow-up of insurance claims to facilitate swift approvals and payments.
Client Support & Education: Assist clients in understanding their policy terms, conditions, coverage limits, and exclusions.
Risk & Compliance Vigilance: Identify, document, and escalate potential fraud risks. Implement and adhere to strict data protection and confidentiality protocols.
Discrepancy Resolution: Liaise directly with underwriters and providers to gather information, clarify details, and resolve any policy or claims discrepancies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience (2+ years) in an insurance administration, policy servicing, or claims support role.
Strong knowledge of general insurance principles and policy/claims lifecycle.
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive customer-service attitude.
